kickin' back the end of the day ...

Today was ... a long, frustrating work day with computer issues and indecisive consumers.

Post Script...
Annie's picture and profile story just appeared on the [Humane Society's available pets page.]
I miss her terribly.
But know that there will be someone who will wake up Christmas morning and give her a hug.
She's such a sweet girl.

  1. Hugs. If I wept when I read Annie's profile (and I did) I can only imagine how much you are hurting.

  2. Hoping that you're evening is going much better than your day. Have yourself a good rest of the weekend! Thanks for stopping by my blog, too!

  3. Thank you all. My heart broke seeing her face in the profile, she looks so sad and confused. I want so much to go see her but won't have a chance for another week, and know that it would just rip my heart out to have to walk away from her again. It has been a hard time for me since she's been gone. Everything reminds me of something sweet or silly that she has done. I wish so much we were able to move and get a large fenced yard where I know she'd be safe.

  4. I read Annie's story and cried my eyes out. I'll keep her in my prayers. Hugs to you!

    1. Trooper, my big guy, was a pound puppy who was abused by my ex & his son. His story of recovery is in my first book "My Best Friends Have Hairy Legs."
